The Dizzy Duo Shipping Policy

We aim to post each order in a timely manner however we cannot guarantee that we will always have your colour choices in stock. Because of this we have a 21 day processing time to enable us to order your colours should we need to.

If you need something in a shorter time frame email us to check that we have it in stock before ordering. 

Shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. We have calculated the fees based on the Post Office Calculator which considers size, weight and value and we have added a nominal fee to help with packaging costs.

As we are based in Guernsey the UK are subject to VAT of 20% at time of shipping. For the time being we will cover this fee but this may change in the future.

Delivery Times from time of postage (not including processing time):-

Guernsey Standard - 1-3 days

UK Standard - 1-4 days

UK Special Delivery - Next Day Delivery

Europe Standard - Generally 6-12 days, though can take up to 42 days (we are unable to chase delivery without tracking - Buyer's risk).

Europe Signed - 3-5 days

Europe tracked and Signed - 3-5 days

International Standard - Generally 6-12 days, though can take up to 42 days (we are unable to chase delivery without tracking - Buyer's risk).

International Signed - 5-10 days

International Tracked and Signed - 5-10 days

Should you wish to purchase Insurance with your parcel please email us.

Should your delivery exceed the times specified please inform us as soon as possible so that we can investigate. We will only be able to effectively do this if the buyer has opted for tracked delivery.

Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please check that the address is correct at time of ordering. We can change your address up until the moment of shipping. Contact us to arrange this via email. martineandpinta@gmail.com

If your parcel is obviously badly damaged on delivery we advise that you reject it on delivery and email us to let us know. If your parcel is delivered without you present then again email us as soon as possible to let us know that there is a problem.

We will accept cancellations up to 2 hours after the order is placed.
