Returns and Refunds

At The Dizzy Duo we strive to provide the best service and products that we possibly can! With this in mind, our returns policy gives our customers up to 20 days from the date of delivery to check that they are happy with the appearance and fit of their items and decide if they wish to keep them.

We request that you try items on in a clean, dry area. We will accept returns in new, unused condition with the following exceptions:-

We do not accept returns on items that have been personalised, made to measure or purchased as sale items. 

Items must be returned well presented within their original packaging with tags ect still attached. In the event that an item is returned without it's packaging, the customer will be contacted and the items returned to them at their own cost.

The customer is responsible for returns shipping costs unless the item they have received is faulty or a misspelling has occurred in personalisation. We do not take responsibility for measurement mistakes on the customer's part.

We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged through chewing. BioThane® Coated Webbing is not chew resistant!

We recommend that when returning a parcel you purchase tracking. At the very least we would expect to see a Proof of Postage note that you can request at the Post Office. We do not accept responsibility for return items that are lost in the Post.

Once we have received your returned item in new condition we will process a refund via the same method of payment that you used at Checkout within 7-10 days ( processing time is not in our control and dependant on the bank/ financial institution).

Please check your bank account and  if you haven't received your refund after 10 days, email us martineandpinta@gmail.com when we will work to rectify the issue.
